Where Have The 'Burghertots Been?

I can't believe it's been so long since I posted. There's a pretty good reason for it, I guess? We have been sick almost non-stop since my last post.

First, Lauren had a stomach bug that lasted almost two weeks. None of the rest of us got it, we thought, but a few days after Lauren was finally feeling better, Roger started with the stomach bug. Then I got it.

We were feeling better for a few days and all of a sudden came down with a horrible respiratory infection. First a cough for the tots and I. Then we had upper respiratory, then the cough again, and finally it peaked last Friday when I took them all to the pediatrician and learned that Aaron was wheezing and had a sinus infection and Lauren had pneumonia and an ear infection. We are at long last, turning the corner and I hope this means we'll make it through the rest of spring without anything major. We were sick for most of February and the first week of March so far. Ick.

We're keeping busy with school, vacation planning, bridal shower planning, and kindergarten registering. Catching up on doctor's appointments and trying not to get drowned in the sea of stuff I need to do. I can't wait until the weather gets nicer on a regular basis so that I might actually be able to get some things accomplished around the house. We are in desperate need of a spring cleaning around here!
